Project
NARCISO is an interdisciplinary project that aims to utilize the natural instability of thin semiconductor films to create intricate patterns and nanostructures. These structures will serve as bases for growing light-emitting materials and as templates for imprinting metal oxides with adjustable properties onto various substrates. The project focuses on the application of these structures in photonic devices and micro-fluidic devices for sensing and water purification. By integrating state-of-the-art solid-state dewetting and nano-imprint lithography, NARCISO is pushing the boundaries of micro and nano-structuring on a large scale and exploring possibilities for industrial production.
